How does the Romana list and the Eve list compare?
They are almost identical! Amazing that the sequence rooting in 1918 maintained the same expression up to 1956--38 years later.

What can you determine based upon that comparison?
The sequence had not evolved, but was more like a precise movement poem.
There are more exercises shown in the older footage than in Eve's. This could be because of the condensation of the poem, but more likely had to do with the fact that Eve was demonstrating the work after having had a radical mastectomy.

How has the original sequence of Joseph Pilates changed
compared to a modern day list?
The list has expanded, but not changed order!
(At least, not in Michael Miller Pilates)
