Donna has been in the health and fitness field for more than 10 years, teaching and training individuals for eight of those years. She is certified for Pilates mat and equipment work through the Physicalmind Institute, for group fitness through AFAA and for personal training through ACE. She is also licensed to provide occupational therapy services in the State of Texas. Donna has a BS in Exercise Physiology from the University of Florida and is certified in Biomechanics by the Cooper Aerobics Center, where she is the Mind-Body Fitness Coordinator. She facilitates Pilates mat certifications for Exercise Science Alliance, and has written and developed various Pilates training materials. Donna has learned how to truly relax, improve posture, build strength and increase flexibility through Pilates and yoga. She enjoys seeing people improve their quality of life through exercise, healthy eating and stress reduction. Her mission is to inspire and encourage her students to focus on the positive, begin lifestyle changes one step at a time, and maintain overall well-being by training the body and mind to work together toward a common goal.
